Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sanjay Appan Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality commerce education for the Maharashtra State Board (HSC). We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience.

 

1. Cancellation Policy

Since our courses provide immediate access to digital content, lectures, and downloadable notes through our integrated LMS, we generally do not offer cancellations once a course has been purchased and accessed. We encourage students to view our free resources and demo videos before enrolling.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, a full refund of the duplicate amount will be processed.
  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course content due to a persistent technical fault on our platform that our support team cannot resolve within 7 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after accessing the course materials.
  • Choosing the wrong batch (e.g., enrolling in 11th Commerce instead of 12th HSC).
  • Performance issues or dissatisfaction with exam results.
  • Accounts suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Use (such as account sharing).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund based on the eligibility criteria above, please email us at sanjayappanacademy@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Full Name and Registered Email ID.
  2. Order Number/Payment Receipt.
  3. A detailed reason for the refund request.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank's policies.
